LOS ANGELES — “Malcolm in the Middle” is coming back in a revival series — and the chaos continues.
It’s been 18 years since the original series finale, and the beloved cast is back!
Frankie Muniz as Malcolm, Bryan Cranston as Hal, Jane Kaczmarek as Lois, Christopher Kennedy Masterson as Francis, Justin Berfield as Reese and Emy Coligado as Piama.
New faces join the family too including Keeley Karsten as Malcolm’s daughter Leah, Vaughan Murrae as Kelly, Kiana Madeira as Tristan, Malcolm’s girlfriend and Caleb Ellsworth-Clark as Dewey.
In the new trailer, Malcolm’s life seems to be going perfectly—he’s happy with his daughter and a new girlfriend. The only problem? Trying to keep them away from his chaotic family.
“My life is fantastic. All I have to do is stay completely away from my family,” he says, breaking the fourth wall in classic Malcolm fashion.
The official synopsis states: “After shielding himself and his daughter from his family for over a decade, Malcolm is dragged back into their orbit when Hal and Lois demand his presence at their 40th anniversary party.”
The four-episode premiere of “Malcolm in the Middle: Life’s Still Unfair” streams April 10 on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.
