Brooklyn detectives are looking for the unhinged man who attacked a group of children — and strangled one of them — as they played in a park earlier this month.
According to police sources, the disturbing incident unfolded at around 6:26 p.m. on May 11 inside the Bush-Clinton Park in the Red Hook Recreation Area.
Law enforcement sources said a 5-year-old girl was playing with her 7-year-old and 12-year-old brothers when they began videoing the suspect.

Cops said the man became enraged and knocked both the 12-year-old and 5-year-old to the ground before wrapping his hands around the neck of the 7-year-old and squeezing.
The child suffered pain and bruising but was treated on the scene by EMS. The children reported the attack to their parents that evening to officers at the 76th Precinct.
Meanwhile, the unhinged brute took off from the park on foot. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and black shorts, with bright-colored sneakers.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing.
