The Rooftop at Pier 17 is set to kick off its highly anticipated Seaport Concert Series on May 2, launching what organizers are calling its biggest season yet. Perched above the East River with sweeping views of the Brooklyn Bridge and Lower Manhattan skyline, the iconic New York venue will host more than 60 shows spanning pop, rock, hip-hop, and more through the spring, summer, and into the fall.
The 2026 season opens with pop artist MIKA on May 2, setting the tone for a diverse and packed lineup. Throughout the coming months, audiences can expect performances from a wide range of artists including Bilmuri, Nate Smith, Twinsick, Ty Myers, The Breeders, Jimmy Eat World, Wolf Alice, Max McNown, 3BALLMTY, Sam Barber, and San Holo, with additional acts still to be announced.
Fan-favorite performers will also return to the stage, reinforcing the venue’s reputation as a staple of New York’s live music scene. Returning artists include Iration, Tash Sultana, Young the Giant, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Billy Currington & Kip Moore, Greensky Bluegrass, Passion Pit, KALEO, and Rise Against, among others.

Beyond the music, the venue continues to enhance the concert-going experience with upgraded amenities. Guests can enjoy features like rentable lockers and an on-site photobooth, as well as premium hospitality options. The Heineken Silver Zone offers a reserved viewing area close to the stage, while the Liberty Club provides expedited entry, all-inclusive food, and access to exclusive lounge spaces. The Patrón Patio delivers an elevated experience with a dedicated bar and scenic views.
Concert days at Pier 17 extend beyond the stage, encouraging guests to arrive early or stay late to explore the Seaport’s growing lineup of waterfront dining options. New this season is Sadie’s, a lively neighborhood spot offering comfort food and cocktails, along with preshow dining packages and special events. Nearby favorites like The Fulton, Carne Mare, Mister Dips, GITANO NYC, and Cork Wine Bar further add to the area’s appeal.
