It started at 4:48 a.m. when Port Authority police responded to a report of a crash on the southbound Van Wyck Expressway near the entrance to JFK. One of the drivers involved was an on-duty Customs and Border Protection officer. CBS News New York’s Mahsa Saeidi reports.
