NEW YORK (WABC) — A civil lawsuit has been filed against Gilgo Beach murder suspect Rex Heuermann, and two of his relatives.
Benjamin Torres, the grown son of murder victim Valerie Mack, is seeking money from Heuermann, his ex-wife and his daughter.
He cites the murder itself, saying Mack endured terror, restraint, pain and mutilation.
Torres also wants money the Heuermanns could make from selling their story.
He named Heuermann’s daughter Victoria for dismissing the murders as “kink” behavior.
