Police said they were looking Tuesday for a 13-year-old girl who went missing from her Queens home over the holiday weekend.
NYPD officials said Riya Riya was last seen around 4:30 p.m. Sunday at her home on 101st Avenue and 110th Street in South Richmond Hill.
Her mother briefly left the house, and Riya was gone when she came home, according to police.
Officials said there was no clear reason for her disappearance, though she has gone missing before.
Police said Riya is about 5’2″ and weighs 130 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants and white and yellow shoes, according to the NYPD.
