Massive fire rips through industrial complex in College Point, Queens

COLLEGE POINT, Queens (WABC) — A raging five-alarm fire ripped through an industrial complex in Queens.

Flames broke out at a factory on 20-85 130th Street between 20th and 22nd Avenue in College Point at 7:30 p.m. Friday.

The FDNY is working to get the fire under control.

No injuries have been reported. The businesses that operate out of the factory had closed earlier in the day.

Mount Vernon Police Department put out a notice to residents that smoke from the fire could be smelled in Westchester.
