TRIBECA, Manhattan (WABC) — Three people were injured after a series of manholes exploded in Manhattan on Thursday.
Police said two children ages two and four and their caretaker were bured on their face and shoulders and the caretaker sustained minor injuries.
It happened just before 4 p.m. at 31 Warren St. in Tribeca.
Officials say there three blown manhole covers.
