Police officers rappel off roof of Cohen’s Children Medical Center to deliver holiday gifts to children

NEW HYDE PARK, Long Island (WABC) — There was an impressive police presence on Saturday at Cohen’s Children Medical Center.

Members of the Nassau County force rappelled off the roof of the Blumenfeld Family Pavilion waving to patients in their room.

The officers then went room to room to deliver gifts.

Santa Claus was there in a cherry picker to supervise all the action.
